SGC GunThe stud gun was developed in response to requests for welding on folded corners, which was conventionally impossible due to the structure of the stud gun.

Possible weld positions for corner guns (SGC14 and SGC22)
If the rise of the bend is less than 33 mm (up to M6) the centre of the stud can be welded 7 mm from the wall.
If the rise in bend is 33 mm or more, the centre of the stud can be welded 10 mm from the wall.
The above figures assume a gap of 1 mm between the wall and chuck etc.
In actual use, insulating measures such as wrapping the chuck with vinyl tape are required. ※
Please note that if the electrode part of the chuck or holder should come into contact with the base metal, the part in contact will be burnt out.
The maximum length of bolts that can be used with the corner gun is 30 mm.
Suitable for welding up to iron and stainless steel Φ6.
